City Centre Parking, formerly known as Central Parking, was established in Manchester in early 2003 to bridge the gap in the market between people who have spare car parking and people who need car parking. Whether you're an apartment tenant or owner, estate agent, business or developer our flexibility and wide range of notice periods means we are ideally placed to help meet your parking needs.

 

In November 2003, the business expanded into Leeds following a good market response and into Liverpool in 2005. City Centre Parking has now also expanded to cover Sheffield and Birmingham.

 

We're the only company that:

  • offers a full, personally managed rental service for parking spaces

  • gives customers a dedicated account manager so they can always deal with the same person

  • doesn't require you to pay advertising or administration charges

  • actively sends out regular mail shots to residential developments and business in the cities we cover (we aim to to write to every single apartment in the cities we cover once a year)

  • sends out mailshots to specific locations to try to find parking spaces for enquiring customers (subject to demand)

  • offers a 24 hours emergency contact number for customers experiencing a problem with their parking space

  • offers to refund space users any alternative parking charges should they find another vehicle using their designated parking space

We work hard to forge relationships with local estate agents in the cities we cover to not only assist them with their roles as providers of property but also to help make more spaces available to our customers. Our landlords have found that they are typically able to achieve a 50% higher return by renting their parking spaces separately to their apartments.
